Race Details: Downtown De Pere is a host community of the largest competitive road cycling series in the U.S., Kwik Trip Tour of Americaโ€™s Dairyland (ToAD). ToAD has become one of the most popular race series internationally, earning an outstanding reputation for participant and fan experiences. It runs for 11 consecutive days, June 18 – 28, in communities throughout southeast and northeast Wisconsin. Tour De Pere will be held on day five.

The event is expected to draw 500 professional and amateur racers from more that 40 states and 15 countries. There will be ten races from late morning until dusk.

Event Highlights: The family friendly event features live music, food and beverage, a marketplace, kids’ race for littles, middles, and tweens, fat tire race, kids’ bike rodeo, and other fun activities for all ages.

Block Party: Attendees will love the picturesque views while they listen to live music, indulge in culinary specialties prepared by local restaurants and food trucks, savor a variety of craft beers and beverages, and enjoy a vibrant marketplace showcasing local businesses.

Kids’ Race: This exciting event sponsored by School Specialty takes place just before the Men’s Pro Race, and is open to kids 12 & under. All youth racers will receive giveaways and be eligible for prizes. Registration will be available soon.

Fat Tire Criterium: For all the adventure seekers out there, take part in a Fat Bike Criterium, sponsored by Broken Spoke. The event will take place right before the premier pro races, races will be 20 minutes in length, and there will be top 3 merchandise prizes for men and women. Registration will be available soon.

Kids’ Bike Rodeo: Calling all kids! Join De Pere Police Department and De Pere Health Department for a Bike Rodeo. Starting at noon, De Pere Health Department will be fitting bike helmets. There will be free bike helmets available for kids while supplies last. The beginner bike rodeo course will start at 1 pm and the advanced bike rodeo course will start at 2 pm led by De Pere Police Department.

Street Closure and Parking: Streets will be closing on race day at 8:30 am and will remain closed until 10:00 pm for clean-up. Businesses and residents inside the race route will need to park vehicles outside of the race perimeter on race day. Race day designated parking areas and street closures coming soon.
